I'm Rachel, a professional celebrant based in Kent, covering London and the surrounding areas. I specialise in weddings, vow renewals, naming ceremonies and more, all crafted with you at the heart.

how it works
1. Intro
We get to know each other, talk through your vision and I'll answer any questions you have. If you're happy to go ahead, I'll take a deposit to secure your date.
2. Questionnaire
Around three months before the big day, I'll send over some questions for you both to think about. Your answers help me understand who you are and what makes your relationship special - this becomes the foundation of your ceremony.
3. Planning
Two to three months out, we'll meet to go through everything in detail. Stories, ideas, rituals, readings - nothing is off the table.
4. Refine
I'll write your bespoke script and share it with you. We'll tweak it together until it feels exactly right, with the final version signed off at least a month before the ceremony.
5. Rehearsal
A run-through before the day if you'd like one.

6. The Big Day
I'll arrive early, coordinate with your suppliers and make sure everything runs smoothly, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy it.

The first step is a relaxed intro call - usually around 20 minutes over Zoom, or in person if you're local to Tunbridge Wells. From there, if you'd like to go ahead, I'll take a deposit to secure your date.
Some couples book years in advance, but I occasionally have availability for shorter notice ceremonies too, so don't be afraid to reach out whatever your timeline.
